Which flavors are available?
Orange, lemon, and lime, in 50ml spray bottles. 3-packs of each flavor and a Citrus Set (one of each) are also available.
Does it replace a fresh garnish entirely?
It replaces the aromatic job of an expressed peel. Many bars still add a visual garnish where the drink calls for one and use the spray for the aroma.
